Referral Program
- When you refer a new family, be sure they put the FIRST and LAST name that is associated with your account in the 'Did someone refer you?' field during registration.
- We will reward you with one free pack of diapers after they sign up for service and place their first order.* If the family is still expecting, let them know they can put a hold on their account until they're ready to start the pick-up service.
- The family you refer will receive one free pack of diapers with their first purchase. (We are happy to deliver their first order FREE, before they officially start the pick-up and composting service.**)
*You will receive your free diapers the same week your friend receives their first delivery.
**All new customers receive their first month of service FREE. This covers delivery, pick-up, and composting but does NOT include the cost of diapers and wipes. New customers must make a purchase in order to receive the free trial and free pack of diapers.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. However, the referred customer must be a new EarthBaby customer. Information must be submitted at time of sign up. May not be combined with other offers.
